when I learned to talk, “what’s that?” quickly became my favorite words, and were soon replaced with “why?” and “why’s that?”. I haven’t stopped asking questions since. (And truthfully, those may still be my favorite words). At heart, I am an investigator, a believer in there being reasons and causes for everything, and quite possibly an over-thinker. A want-to-be detective and/or spy, I made it my life’s mission at a very young age to know all of the things, to read people, and to always be looking for the unexpected.

I am a girl with a wandering heart and insatiable thirst for knowledge and experiences. A seeker and killer antique-finder. A catcher of life’s curveballs. A traveler and story teller. A lover of culture in all of its forms, with an impeccable ability to nap almost anywhere and always spot the nearest dog.

as an ‘adult,’ my childhood dreams of being a detective and/or spy have only slightly subsided. And that’s why I’m here now. Finding ways to investigate, to learn ‘all of the things’ – in a slightly less dangerous, more fun environment. You’re welcome, mom.
